POTTERY

     

Pottery classes are designed for both the beginning and advanced student, no matter what ones prior experience .  For the beginning student, basic hand-building techniques are stressed so one learns how to work with clay.  For the advanced hand-building concepts, sculptural forms, and the potters’ wheel can be offered depending upon ones ability and desires.  In addition, glazing techniques ,concepts and the firing of the electric kiln can be offered.
