Teacher Bio
Ms. Deirdre began learning Tai Chi in China in 1992 and started teaching Tai Chi at TFA in 2011 after moving to Jacksonville. Tai Chi helps us to focus, relax and de-stress as we begin the school day. It also provides a positive outlet for energy and encourages coordination, collaboration and harmony with others and with nature.
Fun Fact: Ms. Deirdre is from Ireland and has 10 siblings.
