Teacher Bio
For 10 years I have worked in childcare with ages ranging from infants through 4-year-olds, and for 7 years at The Cathedral School. I still care for many of the children from TCS and also works with their families on creating healthy meal plans which gives me the opportunity to explore my other passion, nutrition. For my own health reasons I have turned to a plant based diet and enjoy cooking and sharing recipes to help others gain a better knowledge of how to eat and be more healthy.
Along with my love of food, I also enjoy traveling, music, and working out.
I look forward to my first year at The Foundation Academy teaching K-2 and all the opportunities teaching at such a unique school has to offer!
